Cancellation & Refund Policy – Sehrish Clothing

At Sehrish Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal exclusively in women’s clothing, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items received.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • A request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or personal-use items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper washing by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or design is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
