Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items received.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

A request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Innerwear, lingerie, or personal-use items.

Sale or clearance items.

Products damaged due to mishandling or improper washing by the customer.
Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or design is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
